Recent Work
12
British/Irish singer-songwriter Jack Cullen, recently dropped by his record label, decided to take a bold step forward. With his remaining advance and no new contract, he plans to run 312 miles to his next gig in Trevose, Cornwall, to mark the release of his new EP, '12.' Supported by his closest friends,
Jack will journey from Twickenham, London, to Cornwall, inspired by his past as a professional rugby player. Along the way, he'll connect with people and hand out tickets for a surprise gig, showcasing his resilience and passion.
The film will be submitted to various national and international film festivals and premiered in late September 2024. All of the crew worked on the film voluntarily and all proceeds are going to Cancer Research UK (CRUK).
Socials for Steve Backshall
In this series, British naturalist and explorer Steve Backshall, reacts to and explains some of the most viral wildlife videos doing the rounds on social media with a few additional surprising facts on top.
Steve asked me for some help with driving up engagement on his socials, so I decided to combine my animation skills with various user generated videos and his extensive catalogue of archive, to create evergreen content that's good fun and a little bit different.
This project is still in its early days, but initial reactions have been really positive so we're looking to try out a range of different formats next year.
Videos have reached over a million views and Steve's TikTok channel has seen a ten percent rise in subscribers since posting the first six. I'm looking forward to making lots more and experimenting with a bunch of new ideas in 2025.

Ingenious Ideas
VIDEO EDITOR / ANIMATOR
In this video you'll find out how a ferrofluid space fuel developed by NASA is being used to develop a new treatment for cancer!
In the 1960’s top NASA scientist Stephen Papell invented a bizarre creation, a magnetic liquid called a ferrofluid. It was originally created to help spacecraft restart their engines whilst in outer space. More than 50 years later and that same technology can be found in all sorts of modern-day items.
But could this ingenious idea now be set to make an impact in the world of magnetic cancer therapy?
